Now that winter has officially gone, springtime is here. If you are planning on getting in shape for summer, and you know that there is no better day to start than today!
Alright, so the problem is that you want to look great at the beach, but the past few months, you had been in hibernation mode, freezing your butt off and eating more than you normally did because your body seemed to tell you to eat more for better insulation. You had gained some fat from the winter, and this is normal, and your extra fat was able to do its purpose in keeping your body warm. However, at this point, you just want to get rid of all this excess fat.
You begin pondering your options. You consider many possible activities ranging from light to strenuous. You think of swimming in any of your 3 bathing suits, but then you realize that it is still rather cold and the centre with the nearest heated indoor pool is fifty eight miles away. You then think of doing yoga in your yoga pants, or just starting slow with activities as repainting small sections of the house, or gardening, but you cannot seem to find your gardening or painting tools. You plan to do these activities of course, to lose that winter weight, so you can look amazing in your bathing suit. “What are my other options?” you ask yourself.
You begin to seriously think of going on a crash diet, so you can hit the clear waters of the beach looking thin and gaunt like Nicole Richie did that one time she was photographed by the paparazzi, jogging at the beach. But then you think it is probably not worth it because you are bound to regain all the weight back if you diet this way.
Luckily, your gym trainer friend advices you to do it right: eat healthy, and start a fitness regimen until it becomes a habit, and the pounds gradually come off and stay off.
