The Beyblade spinning top game “Metal Fusion Super Vortex Battle set” is the name of the product that I will be reviewing today. I recently bought this toy for my kids and they do seem to get a good deal of play time out of it.
There seems to be quite a bit of variability with the set as it is, but the fact that it can be expanded very easily with only a few very cheap extra purchases means that it has that little bit more appeal.
The tops that you use with this game can be customized so that you get a different game every time you play. There are 5 pieces that you can take off and replace in a different order. I would actually recommend that you try some of the other tops as well. They are sold separately and as a parent wanting everything to be in the same box, this did irritate me a little, but it really is worth getting the extra tops. The extra tops add so much more variety to the game and make it that little bit more fun to play.
The tops are all of different weight, height, spin speed, spin style and even more. When each player has a full set of tops the strategy involved can get pretty deep. Kids can work out which top is most effective against each other top. Also if you have the extra arenas you will see that the game change yet again, all of the tops will have different play styles with different arenas.
Thanks very much for taking the time to look over this great toy review. I hope that you are that little bit more confident about whether this toy is right for you kids or whether you might be better looking for something else. I recommend that while this toy is great for all kids aged 8 and above, those that have seen the anime will get even more enjoyment out of it.
